ITA #29 – The Art of Living Intentionally in a Chaotic World – An Interview with Tsh Oxenreider

Life is whirlwind and it is SO easy to get caught up in the myriad of things we "should" do. So, how do we live intentionally in a chaotic world? Today, Tsh Oxenreider and I chat about that in this episode of the Inspired To Action podcast.

Take a Break from Social Media

Tsh talks about the screen sabbath that her family takes each week. They dedicate a day each week to living real life and staying offline.

How to Live Intentionally in a Chaotic Family

What if you're the only one in your family who wants to slow down or live intentionally? How do you do that? Tsh and I talk about that in this episode as well.

A few key points she makes are that intentional living needs to live inside the context of relationships. Our marriages are more important that the number of activities we participate (or don't participate) in. Our relationships are more important than the stuff we keep (or don't keep) in our home. So, as you look to live more intentionally, focus on incorporating it into your own personal life, first.
